Lantern of Spoken Secrets

Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

This brass lantern stays dark until someone within 10 feet speaks a secret they have never told another creature. Then it kindles with a pale, listening flame.

Secret Light. While lit, the lantern sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for another 20 feet. The flame lasts for 1 hour, then the lantern goes dark until another secret is spoken.

True Glow. A creature in the bright light has advantage on Insight checks to detect lies, but the speaker of the secret feels a tug toward whoever last held the lantern.
